Duties: Provides expertise in communications drivers, WebAccess HMI and SCADA software, and industrial applications for HMI and SCADA software. Provides technical support for new and existing clients. Builds Graphics, scripts and configures communications databases. Tests and troubleshoots communications between PC and PLCs, industrial IO, process controllers, and control systems. Develops and presents customer training programs.  Provides technical telephone support of clients. Develops and/or translates technical documentation describing communication drivers and product applications.

Experience: Demonstrated experience in the application and engineering of building automation, industrial automation, process control, manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, DCS, DDC, HMI or SCADA software. 

Skills: Must be familiar with Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 or 2000 including system administration and IIS.  Must be familiar with Graphic file formats and a Graphic builder (such as AutoCAD or Illustrator). Must be able to troubleshoot serial and Ethernet communications to PLCs, IO, and controllers. Familiarity with at least two industrial communications protocols. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin with experience in making proposals and presentations. English skills in reading technical literature describing software required.

Education: B.S. Degree in one of the generally recognized engineering disciplines such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Chemical, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc. required.
