signs agreement to supply sales and technical support for WebAccess customers in the building automation and industrial control markets of
Hong Kong.

Broadwin
Technology Inc. announced today a formal agreement with
Logon Engineering Ltd. to provide sales, distribution, marketing,
engineering and technical support of WebAccess 4.0 HMI and
SCADA software for the industrial control and building
automation markets in Hong Kong. Logon will
distribute English and Traditional Chinese versions of
WebAccess in Hong Kong.

BroadWin WebAccess 4.0 for a year from our Shanghai branch
office. We believe WebAccess will establish the cutting edge

WebAccess 4.0 is available for desktop computers and laptops
running Windows CE/98/ME/2000/XP/2003. Internet Explorer 6.0
supports all features of WebAccess 4.0.
