Logon Engineering distributes WebAccess in Hong Kong.

Logon Engineering Ltd. signs agreement to supply sales and technical support for WebAccess customers in the building automation and industrial control markets of Hong Kong.

December 9, 2003 - San Ramon, California

Broadwin Technology Inc. announced today a formal agreement with Logon Engineering Ltd. to provide sales, distribution, marketing, engineering and technical support of WebAccess 4.0 HMI and SCADA software for the industrial control and building automation markets in Hong Kong. Logon will distribute English and Traditional Chinese versions of WebAccess in Hong Kong.

K. C. Lee, Executive Director of Logon Engineering Ltd. explained, "Logon has evaluated BroadWin WebAccess 4.0 for a year from our Shanghai branch office. We believe WebAccess will establish the cutting edge in the Building Automation industry in Hong Kong and the southern China market. Logon is pleased to be a Value-Added distributor of WebAccess in Hong Kong."

Using a standard Web-Browser, users can view and control automation equipment used in manufacturing facilities, industrial process plants and building automation systems. Unique to WebAccess, all configuration and deployment can be performed remotely through a standard web browser including IO configuration, graphics building and remote software administration. 

WebAccess 4.0 is available for desktop computers and laptops running Windows CE/98/ME/2000/XP/2003. Internet Explorer 6.0 supports all features of WebAccess 4.0.
